DO Digital Marketing is a small, specialist agency working with luxury and premium fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. We run paid media, email marketing and e-commerce strategy for brands across London, Dublin, Dubai and beyond, and we care as much about how the work looks as how it performs.

The role
We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer with a minimalist luxury aesthetic to help us create beautiful, considered work for our clients. You’ll design across three main areas:

• Email: campaign and flow designs for Klaviyo, from product launches to welcome series
• Paid ads: static and simple motion creative for Meta, Google and Pinterest
• Social content: feed posts, carousels and stories that feel elevated but still stop the scroll

The work is varied, so you’ll switch between brands, briefs and formats week to week. We’ll give you clear direction, brand guidelines and honest feedback, and in return we’d love you to bring ideas of your own.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio that shows real restraint: clean layouts, confident use of white space and typography that does the heavy lifting
• Experience designing for digital, ideally email and paid social, with an understanding that a beautiful ad still needs to sell
• An eye for luxury fashion and how premium brands present themselves
• Confidence working within existing brand guidelines without losing your own taste
• Reliability with deadlines and the ability to take feedback graciously
• Experience designing email templates for Klaviyo

Nice to have

• Basic motion or video editing for ads and stories
• A background in fashion, beauty or luxury retail
