PAID SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced  Paid Social Media Manager to support the team in planning and executing email marketing for international campaigns. This role will work closely with the digital marketing team to improve the performance of Email and CRM marketing activity for our clients by coordinating email builds, send-outs, reporting on campaigns and suggesting areas of growth.

We are recruiting for a Paid Social Media Manager, you will work on client campaigns across all paid social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. This will be a varied role and you will be involved with all aspects of the process, from onboarding new client accounts to maintaining and growing existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create campaigns for both existing and new clients across paid channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Establish targets and manage clients paid social media budget, ensuring that activity is in line with planned spending and supports agreed targets
  • Reporting to clients and discussing key learnings in meetings
  • Manage new account set-ups and troubleshoot technical issues on paid media channels
  • Update client marketing calendars with paid marketing activity
  • Continuously review paid marketing campaign performance and optimise to improve KPIs 
  • Report on paid media channel performance on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key learnings and opportunities to increase performance against channel objectives
  • Using a test-and-learn approach to campaigns to keep improving clients’ results 
  • Stay up to date with changes on social media channels and suggest changes to campaigns where needed

Experience

  • Proficiency in social media business manager and ad platforms
  • 3-4 years of previous experience building and managing paid social media accounts 
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Excel, MotionApp with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and provide direction on future strategies
  • Experience using photo editing tools such as PhotoShop and Canva
  • Consistent proactivity with planning, updating documents and aligning calendars
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to work across numerous client accounts
  • Highly organized, strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple email projects simultaneously
  • Ability to perform in a remote working environment

Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will see you being a key point of contact for a number of clients at a time and effectively keeping them updated with ongoing digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, PPC, social media and content. 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital marketing elements in order to understand what is being communicated to the client as well as pass along information from the different specialist teams. You will be responsible for monitoring client accounts, making sure campaigns are activated on time and to budget and building out monthly reports on campaign activity with the assistance of specific specialists within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and needs. 
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication.
  • Manage workload efficiently, ensuring client-specific requirements are met across all digital marketing aspects.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Brief the marketing specialists and external creative talent on client requirements, key campaign dates and manage progress of campaigns.
  • Monitor reporting dashboards to track campaign results and ensure clients are kept up to date with campaign performance and content updates.
  • Implement new workflows to improve team productivity and work with both clients and external partners. 
  • Establish new business opportunities by researching companies we would like to work with, build partnerships and networking.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding clients’ evolving needs and introducing additional agency services.
  • Welcome and onboard clients, ensuring you have a good understanding of their business and USPs and capture all necessary information for the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience working in either a digital account management position or working in a hands-on digital marketing role
  • The ability to be client-facing and effectively communicate on marketing activities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as Email Marketing, PPC and social media
  • Knowledge of Asana, working with tasks and setting up new workflows
  • Experience reading and understanding ecommerce reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to effectively manage and organise your workload through prioritisation
  • Proactively keep up to date with industry trends or updates
