Designed to help brands grow their email list directly through Meta ads, this new option lets you share a customer offer in exchange for an email address without interrupting the shopping experience.
What Is the Email Sign-Up Offers Feature?
This tool sits inside your Meta ad setup. You can now include an email sign-up prompt that shows to potential customers within the ad experience itself. Meta will either:

Automatically pull the offer details from your website (such as a 10% off welcome code), or

Let you input a custom incentive manually
To prevent users from being shown two prompts, Meta will automatically suppress your website’s native pop-up during the session so they only see the ad version. The idea is to keep things streamlined and make it as easy as possible for someone to subscribe.


How to Set It Up

Create a Campaign in Ads Manager
Choose a conversion-based objective (e.g. Sales or Leads). You’ll find the Email Sign-Up Offers option within the ad-level creative settings. -
Input Your Offer
Either allow Meta to fetch your offer directly from your site, or manually enter the offer message and any T&Cs (e.g. “Sign up and get 10% off your first order”). -
Customise the Appearance
You can match the offer to your brand tone with editable text and simple design options. -
Sync With Your CRM
This is where it gets powerful — once someone submits their email via the ad, it can flow straight into your CRM for instant follow-up.
Syncing With Shopify and Klaviyo
To make the most of this feature, we recommend connecting your email sign-ups to Klaviyo:
If You’re Using Klaviyo + Shopify:

Make sure Klaviyo is fully integrated with your Shopify store (most brands already have this set up).

You can tag these contacts as ‘Meta Lead’ or use a custom property like “Signup Source: Meta Ad” for segmentation.
This lets you instantly send a welcome email with your offer code and continue nurturing them with follow-up product recommendations, storytelling, and social proof.
